01. 3d Printing

Nowadays, when we say prototype and product manufacturing, the first technology that comes to mind is 3D Printing technology. It is a technology that produces even complex geometries of 3D designs with 3D Printers.
3D printing technology, which is an indispensable part of our R&D and Start-up companies in recent years, has offered speed and minimum error margin to companies’ projects.

It is possible to produce every piece of 3D solid model design with different 3D printing methods.

3D Printing methods have different technologies within themselves. Additive Manufacturing is the basis of all technologies such as FDM, SLS, POLYJET, SLA, MJF.

These manufacturing methods are determined entirely by our expert teams according to the technical details of your design with appropriate technology selection. After 3D printing production with chosen suitable technology, your prototype or end user product is ready.

02. Industrial Mock-up

Nowadays, the mock-up has become an important method for the presentation and display of the products that you have produced or will produce.

Generally on your launchings, exhibitions or private demonstrations; instead of presenting your item through brochures or screen, it is much attractive and functional to display 3D mock-up at any scales. This leads companies to introduce products in better ways. Yet, it has not been noticed that advantages of having requested scaled one-to-one facility, equipment, weapon mock-ups which are not able to move one place to another. It’ll make so much savings on shipping, assembly and exhibition space.

With today’s technology, it is possible to make mock-up at any requested scales of your 3D modeled items. With various post-processes and painting applications afterwards, very closed realistic visuality and surface quality can be achieved.

03. Silicone Molding

Silicone moulding (Vacuum Casting) technology is pre-serial manufacturing method. It is preferred by tailor made manufacturing companies for design verification before serial production, assembly control, field tests and book building at exhibition or launchings to achieve end user level products.

It’s much cheaper comparing to injection moulding costs. It’s possible to have products quicker. Comparing to 3D printer outcome, it gives better surface quality and mechanical properties so that it is preferred on higher quantity manufacturings. It provides inside of mould pouring resins such as ABS, PP, PC, ABS, PA6 and glass fiber reinforced materials in addition PC or flexible material options between 35-95 shore hardness. It became a common service requested by R&D and P&D departments of companies. R&D and P&D departments of companies can make design revision on finished design projects before investing injection moulding with help of silicone moulding which gives opportunity on critical controls such as design verification, mechanical assembly control and field test.

This prevents bad scenarios such as re-making and revision process of mouldings after injection moulding which saves time and capital.

  • When to prefer :
    If your 3D model need is between 5 and 100, this techology is recommended.
  • On situations which intended good surface quality and mechanical resistance without post-process treatments.
  • On impermeability needed models.
  • If you are tailor made manufacturing company, you may apply painting and covering after silicone moulding outcome to provide end user product. This will give you major cost advantage by decreasing initial investing costs.
